For All Services

• Please arrive on time to enjoy your full appointment.  

• If you are feeling unwell, kindly reschedule.  

• Avoid caffeine right before your appointment if possible, as it may increase sensitivity.  

Waxing Services

• Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice).  

• Avoid shaving, tweezing, or using hair removal creams for 2–3 weeks before your wax.  

• Gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before your appointment.  

• Avoid tanning, saunas, hot tubs, and intense workouts 24 hours before and after waxing.  

• Discontinue use of retinol, tretinoin, AHA/BHA acids, and strong acne treatments 5–7 days before your appointment on the treatment area.

Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations

• Please arrive with clean lashes and brows (no makeup, oils, or creams).  

• Avoid waterproof mascara for 24–48 hours before your appointment.  

• Remove contact lenses before lash services if possible.  

• Avoid lash serums or active skincare around the eye area for 48 hours prior (unless otherwise directed).  

Monthly Booking Releases
New appointments are released once a month. Please follow on Instagram for exact drop dates and times. Appointments fill quickly, so booking in advance is highly recommended.

Card on File
To keep booking simple and seamless, a card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be used in accordance with the cancellation and no show policy below.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• No shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may be declined.

Late Arrivals
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no show and charged accordingly.

Payment
Payment is due in full after your service.
Accepted forms of payment: Credit Card, Zelle, and Cash.
