To make booking simple and stress free, deposits are not required to reserve your appointment. A valid card is required at the time of booking, but it will not be charged. Your card will only be used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy below.

Cancellations & No-Shows

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total to the card on file.

• A no-show (missing your appointment without communication) will result in the full service amount being charged to the card on file. Future bookings may be declined.

Late Arrivals

Punctuality allows me to provide the best experience for every client. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show.

Payment

Payment is due in full after your service. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle.
